What does the rental process look like?
Get in touch! Let us know about your event, location, guests, and special requests, and we will provide a quotation as quickly as possible. On the day of your event, we will arrive on time to meet you or the point of contact and agree on the trailer placement. Depending on your selected package, our team will be on-site to assist with restroom refreshes throughout the event. Following the event, we will pick up the restroom at the agreed-upon time and would love to hear your feedback if you are available!
How do I know if the Luxe Loo will work at my venue?
We are here to help! We are happy to arrange a call with your venue to determine the best location, water, and electrical needs and then report back to you with options.
Where can the Luxe Loo be set up?
The Luxe Loo feels most at home on a flat surface. She can be parked on grass but prefers gravel, blacktop, or concrete.
How long can I rent the Luxe Loo?
The Luxe Loo is ideal for 225 people for 4-6 hours. After that, we will need to ‘refresh’ her and the tanks. Customers are welcome to rent her for longer stays. We will arrange for cleanings at appropriate intervals.
I live outside the service area but want to rent the Luxe Loo. What can I do?

How do you determine the cost of services for my event?
Many factors affect the cost of services for your event. We start with the package you select, and then we will consider the length of your event, the number of guests, the features and amenities you would like, delivery and pickup times and distances, the location, and the level and frequency of service you would like.
